Our coaching program centers on the 6 Pillars of Brain Health: Nutrition (Quality Energy and Fuel), Physical Exercise, Cognitive Stimulation, Stress Management, Restorative Sleep, and the Avoidance of Toxins, Injury, and Illness. These pillars guide clients toward making actionable changes that are supported by scientific research.
