Behind the Mission: Meet Board Members Vince and Deb
Vince’s involvement with the Brain Center of Green Bay began when Dr. Koster invited him to lend his support, and he quickly found fulfillment in working alongside the dedicated individuals driving the organization’s mission. Vince has enjoyed contributing to the center’s growth from its early startup phase, marked by limited resources, to its current status with three employees and sustainable funding. He takes pride in being part of this transformation and looks forward to helping the organization navigate future challenges while making a positive impact on as many lives as possible. Serving on the board also enriches his professional life, offering valuable insights into issues faced by other organizations he supports.
Deb’s decision to join the Brain Center of Green Bay’s board was inspired by her long professional relationship with Dr. Lulloff. As she approached retirement, she sought ways to stay engaged and contribute to the community, leading her to accept the invitation to serve on the board. Deb is passionate about the Brain Center’s mission to promote brain health across the lifespan and believes that continued community outreach is essential for the organization’s growth and impact. She has been particularly impressed by the support offered to Parkinson’s patients and their families and sees immense value in expanding efforts to reach young families. Serving on the board has been personally rewarding for her, as she’s gained insights into living a healthier life and has been able to offer friends valuable resources for navigating neurological diseases.
