As we enter the last long weekend of summer and back to school season is upon us, we have gathered some great reading recommendations for you. We know the challenge of finding the right resources to walk you through brain health can be at times difficult. To help make your search easier we pulled together a recommended reading list just in time for this last long weekend of summer and back to school.

  1. The Brain’s Way of Healing - Norman Doidge, MD

    • We recommend reading Chapter 7 first, and then Chapter 5 for impact.

    • A well written and understandable overview of Alzheimer’s Disease and nutritional/lifestyle treatments (please remember to always consult your physician before making any changes)

  3. The End of Alzheimer’s - Dale Bredesen, MD

    • This book goes over a treatment plan for Alzheimer’s disease that has been shown to be more successful than most treatment approaches

    • A new version of this book The End of Alzheimer’s Program has recently been published, we have linked that one here.

  4. The Grain Brain & The Brain Maker - David Permutter, MD

    1. Both excellent and comprehensive regarding Brain Health
