We have all heard the term “heart-healthy foods” but have you heard of “brain-healthy foods”? These foods help to improve our brain function.
In this series, we will not only explore those foods but each week on Friday we will post new brain-healthy recipes.
Brain Octane Oil (MCT oil) *Go slowly, start with a teaspoon at a time. Watch for stomach gurgling or nausea. If you feel either, eating a handful of cashews will help.
